The Debt Collection Register and the Debt Register – what’s the difference?

A few years ago, the Debt Register was launched, giving you an overview of unpaid credit cards, consumer loans and shopping accounts – in other words, all unsecured debt. We want to give you a similar overview of your debt collection cases, which also includes unpaid electricity bills, telephone bills and the like. In addition, you will receive information about any credit cards that have gone to debt collection.
Name: Inkassoregisteret, can lead to some misunderstandings. Therefore, we want to clarify that although the name contains “register”, it is not a real register where debt collection companies report their entire customer base, such as in the Debt Register. They only retrieve information when you ask them to, and you own your data.

Can Inkassoregisteret help me reach a repayment agreement with those I owe money to?

Inkassoregisteret gives you insight into your debt collection cases and other debts, based on information they collect from the various creditors. If you have questions about a debt collection case or disagree with something, contact the debt collection company directly for clarification.
You can also choose to take out a pro-subscription, which gives you access to several useful features, such as budget and repayment tools. This can be a great help in solving your financial challenges.
To get access to the pro-subscription, you only pay 1,999 kr via our discount (normal price: 2,499 kr) for a period of 3 months, which is the time they normally assume it will take to find a solution with the creditors. During this period you get access to all features. After 3 months, the subscription is automatically terminated, but if you want to continue to follow the payment plan, you can take out a “Pro subscription – installment” for only SEK 79 per month.
