Why use a loan adviser?
When you compare mortgages from multiple banks on your own, you often have to repeat the same story over and over again. In addition, you have to provide all the details about your financial situation each time.
With us, you only need to tell us this once, and we’ll handle the rest by reaching out to the banks we believe are best for you. Of course, you’re free to apply to banks we don’t work with ourselves, just to compare.

“Loan advisor,” “financial broker,” and “loan broker” are terms that are often used interchangeably; we work exclusively with loans and will not try to persuade you to buy stocks or other types of investment products.
How can this be a free service?
It is more reasonable for the banks that we find the right customers for them, than for them to establish new branch offices themselves. Therefore, all our services are free for you as a customer, we are remunerated by the banks we work with. There are also no surcharges or hidden costs when using our services, and the offer you receive from us is non-binding.
Our partner banks have dedicated teams that handle applications from us. The advantage for you is that you’ll most likely receive a response to your application faster than if you submitted it yourself.
Once we have received the necessary information and documentation from you, it normally takes 24–48 hours before you receive an offer or a financing confirmation from us. In urgent cases involving bidding rounds, the process is even faster. These cases will be prioritized, and we’ll discuss the matter with the bank to find a solution as quickly as possible.
